Ltd, a leading US-based company, is actively seeking an experienced Bookkeeping and Accounting Specialist with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and possess expertise in accurate financial data entry and organization.

Responsibilities

  • Financial Data Entry and Organization: Ensure accurate and meticulous data entry, maintaining organized financial records.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Efficiently manage invoices, payments, and collections to maintain a healthy cash flow.
  • Bank Reconciliations: Match transactions, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate bank balances.
  • General Ledger Maintenance: Record transactions, maintain the chart of accounts, and generate financial statements.
  • Payroll Processing: Calculate employee wages, process payroll, and ensure timely tax filings.
  • Expense Tracking and Reporting: Monitor business expenses, categorize transactions, and generate expense reports.
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Analyze financial data, prepare financial reports, and provide insights for informed decision-making.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop budgets, monitor expenses, and create forecasts to support financial planning.
  • Tax Preparation Support: Assist with tax document preparation, gather necessary information, and organize records.
  • Financial Software Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage for efficient bookkeeping.
  • Cash Flow Management: Analyze cash flow patterns, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies for optimal cash flow.
  • Financial Documentation: Create and maintain financial documents, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Audit Support: Assist with financial audits, prepare audit schedules, and organize documentation.
  • Financial Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve financial discrepancies, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bookkeeping and Accounting Specialist.
  • Proficiency in financial software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
