Job Details

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

    • Manage a portfolio of 30 high-value clients, building strong and lasting relationships.
    • Act as the primary point of contact, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
    • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their satisfaction and success.

Service Optimization:

    • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
    • Ensure the delivery of tailored solutions that align with their goals.
    • Monitor the performance of assigned Virtual Assistants (VAs) and other services to ensure quality.

Retention and Upselling:

    • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or plans to existing clients.
    • Proactively address potential risks of client churn and implement retention strategies.

Team Coordination:

    • Work closely with Client Onboarding Managers to ensure a smooth transition for new clients.
    • Collaborate with Sales Managers and Virtual Assistants to address client needs effectively.
    • Communicate feedback and insights to relevant teams to improve service delivery.

Reporting and Analytics:

    • Track client satisfaction metrics and generate reports on account performance.
    • Provide insights to the Sales Director on trends, challenges, and opportunities.
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in Zoho CRM.

Client Advocacy:

    • Represent the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for their needs.
    • Assist in creating case studies and testimonials from satisfied clients.

Required Skills

Education: 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Relationship Management, or a related field.

Experience:

    • 3–5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role.
    • Experience managing high-value clients in IT services, outsourcing, or virtual assistant industries is preferred.

Skills:

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
    • Proficient in CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred) and MS Office applications.
    • Results-oriented with a proactive approach to client management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with virtual assistant services and their applications.
  • Experience working with international clients in the USA, UK, or Canada.
  • Proven ability to handle a portfolio of high-value clients effectively.
