Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Coordinator to join our HR team. The IT Coordinator will act as the key liaison between the HR and IT departments, ensuring smooth asset allocation, setup, and coordination for assessments and training. This role is crucial in facilitating the onboarding process by coordinating IT requirements for new hires after confirmation from the HR team.
Key Responsibilities
1. IT Asset Coordination:
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure timely allocation and setup of IT assets (laptops, desktops, software, and other peripherals) for new hires.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT assets assigned to employees.
- Ensure proper tracking and retrieval of IT assets during employee offboarding.
2. Onboarding & Training Support:
- Coordinate with IT to set up required systems, software, and network access for new employees before their joining date.
- Ensure that assessment tools, training platforms, and necessary IT resources are available for candidates undergoing evaluation.
- Provide IT support coordination for HR-led training programs.
3. IT Liaison & Issue Resolution:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between HR and IT for IT-related requirements.
- Escalate and follow up on IT issues related to new hires, assessments, and training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols in alignment with organizational standards.
4. Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of IT asset allocation and returns.
- Document IT setup processes related to onboarding, assessment, and training.
- Generate reports on IT asset usage and requirements for HR and IT management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in IT coordination, HR support, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of IT asset management and onboarding processes.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise effectively between HR and IT teams.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT asset tracking and software management.
- Knowledge of HR processes related to onboarding and training.
- Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) tools and ticketing systems.

Work Schedule
Workdays: Monday to Saturday
Week offs: Any 2 Saturday & Sundays (Subject to change by the Reporting Manager)
