Job Details

Responsibilities

Timesheet and Data Management:

    • Track and manage client timesheets exported from the CRM system.
    • Ensure all timesheets are accurate and updated regularly.

Backup Maintenance:

    • Maintain external data backups for client activity and timesheet details.
    • Organize and secure sensitive data in accordance with company policies.

Administrative Support:

    • Assist the Onboarding Coordinator in preparing client profiles and documents.
    • Provide administrative support to the onboarding team as required.

Quality Assurance:

    • Perform routine checks to ensure all onboarding documentation and data are error-free.
    • Alert the Onboarding Coordinator of any inconsistencies in client records or processes.

Internal Communication:

    • Work closely with internal teams to gather required data and ensure timely delivery of onboarding documents.

Required Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

Experience: 1+ year of experience in administrative, data entry, or support roles.

Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of data management tools.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
