Responsibilities
PPC & AdWords Management:
Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns on Google AdWords to enhance traffic and conversions.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize bids, ads, and keywords for maximum ROI.
LinkedIn & Google Ads B2B:
Execute targeted B2B advertising campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads.
Utilize LinkedIn’s advanced targeting options to engage decision-makers in specific industries.
Email Marketing:
Design and execute email marketing campaigns to connect with prospects and customers.
Segment email lists and personalize content to boost open rates and conversions.
Landing Pages:
Develop and optimize landing pages to increase conversion rates.
Conduct A/B testing on different elements to determine the most effective strategies.
Lead Generation:
Implement strategies to generate leads through various digital channels, including social media, SEO, and content marketing.
Employ lead magnets and gated content to collect contact information.
B2B Marketing:
Develop digital marketing strategies tailored for B2B audiences.
Use content marketing, webinars, and case studies to showcase value to business clients.
Search Engine Marketing (SEM):
Manage both organic and paid search strategies to enhance visibility on search engines.
Monitor search trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Optimize website content and structure for better rankings.
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO tactics.
On-Page and Off-Page SEO:
Ensure website content is optimized for target keywords.
Build a strong backlink profile through outreach and content marketing.
Link Building Strategy:
Develop a link-building strategy to improve domain authority.
Identify opportunities for guest blogging, partnerships, and other tactics.
Performance Marketing:
Execute and manage performance marketing initiatives to drive measurable results.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in PPC & AdWords management.
- Experience with LinkedIn & Google Ads, especially in a B2B context.
- Strong skills in email marketing and landing page optimization.
- Proven track record in lead generation and B2B marketing.
- Expertise in SEM, SEO (both on-page and off-page), and link building.
- Creative thinking and strategic planning abilities.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
