Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Executive (Night Shift) to handle HR operations, employee engagement, grievance handling, and compliance during night hours. This role involves supporting employees, coordinating onboarding, managing attendance, and ensuring a smooth HR experience for night shift staff.

Key Responsibilities

1. Employee Support & Engagement:

    • Act as the primary HR point of contact for night shift employees.
    • Address employee queries, concerns, and grievances, ensuring timely resolution.
    • Conduct regular check-ins with employees to maintain morale and engagement.
    • Organize employee engagement activities and ensure a positive work environment.

2. HR Operations & Onboarding:

    • Assist in onboarding new hires by coordinating documentation, induction sessions, and IT setup.
    • Ensure proper verification of employee records and maintain HR databases.
    • Coordinate with the IT and Admin teams for access cards, system allocation, and workspaces.

3. Attendance & Leave Management:

    • Monitor and track employee attendance, shift adherence, and leave records.
    • Ensure accurate timesheet management and coordinate with payroll for salary processing.
    • Address absenteeism issues and escalate concerns to HR leadership when necessary.

4. Compliance & Policies:

    • Ensure all HR policies, labor laws, and company regulations are followed during night operations.
    • Maintain discipline in the workplace by enforcing company policies.
    • Assist in handling compliance audits and reporting.

5. Exit & Offboarding Process:

    • Manage the exit formalities for night shift employees, ensuring smooth clearance processes.
    • Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management for process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR executive role.
  • Familiarity with HRMS tools, payroll coordination, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle employee concerns effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage HR functions during night shifts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in handling night shift HR operations in BPOs, IT, or manufacturing industries.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance related to night shift employees.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Work Schedule

 Workdays: Monday to Saturday

 Week offs: Any 2 Saturday & Sundays (Subject to change by the Reporting Manager)

Job Timing: 12 pm to 9:00 pm/ 9 pm to 6am (Rotational) (Subject to change by the Reporting Manager)
