Work setup and work model

Verified at assessment and on day one. This role runs heavy software, so the laptop requirement is higher.

💻Minimum laptop / desktop

  • Intel Core i5 (10th gen or newer) / Ryzen 5 or better — i7 recommended for video and design
  • 8 GB RAM minimum (16 GB recommended for this role)
  • 256 GB SSD minimum
  • Windows 10/11 or macOS (last 3 versions), licensed, auto-updates on
  • 1080p webcam (built-in or external) and a noise-cancelling headset with mic
  • Second monitor if the role needs it (we will tell you)
  • Screen 14" or larger; battery that lasts 2+ hours

📶Internet and power

  • Broadband 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload minimum (50 Mbps recommended); wired or strong Wi-Fi
  • Latency under 150 ms to US servers
  • Backup connection: 4G/5G hotspot or a second line, tested
  • Power backup (inverter / UPS) that covers at least 2 hours of a shift

🔇Silent workspace

  • A silent, dedicated room with a door that closes — no shared living rooms, cafés or co-working spaces
  • No background noise, family members or pets audible on calls
  • A clean, professional background for video calls: plain wall or tidy shelf, good front lighting, no bed or kitchen in frame
  • Workspace photo and speed test submitted at assessment; re-verified on day one and at any time

🏢Hybrid work model and hours

  • Work from anywhere in India on your remote days — but the office is not optional
  • 2 days a week at the Mumbai–Thane delivery center + 3 days from your verified home workspace, by default; the split can be adjusted by the company or the client
  • Come to the office whenever called — training, client reviews, audits, document signing, IT setup — usually with 24 hours' notice
  • Missing a required office day without prior written approval — even one — ends the role. If you live far away, plan for it before you apply; distance is not an excuse
  • Shifts follow the client's time zone: most roles US Eastern (about 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST); some UK or Australian hours. Weekend rosters exist for some clients
  • All days are working days; any day not worked is unpaid unless approved leave applies
  • Attendance and activity are tracked (KEKA, RDP/VPN, activity tool); active-availability rules and a penalty matrix apply

📝Assessment for this role (about 45 minutes)

  • Typing test — speed and accuracy on a role-style paragraph
  • Listening test — three clips (clear, accented, call noise)
  • Role task — a real UI/UX Designer scenario built from the skills above, graded on a fixed rubric
  • Research task — sourced answers, links verified
  • Video intro — three questions on camera
  • Home setup check — laptop, internet, power, workspace photo

Fixed terms

  • In-hand salary per level as published above — the same for everyone, not negotiable; PF, ESIC and statutory benefits paid separately on top
  • Probation 6 months (extendable once); confirmation in writing only
  • Notice period 90 days after confirmation
  • Level decided by verified experience and assessment, not by request
  • Joining paperwork completed in person at the Mumbai–Thane delivery center
  • 2 office days a week + whenever called; one required office day missed without approval ends the role
